Procedure:
- Select a Main Group.
- Select the corresponding Sub Group.
- Click Get Report.
- Review the table of meters and readings.
- Click a sensor link in the Reading column to open the latest information page.
Tip: Use Reset to clear the selection and start again.
5. Flow Audit Module
Path: /flow-audit/
This module compares supply and consumer readings across a time grid and highlights differences using colour-coded cells.
Use the helper endpoints to refresh group options or search the internal lookup before running the report.
Procedure:
- Select Main Group.
- Select Sub Group.
- Choose a date mode: Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last 15 Days, Last Month, or Custom.
- If Custom is selected, enter the date manually.
- Set interval and percent threshold if required.
- Click Search.
- Use Export to Excel when export is enabled on the server.
Output: Supply meters table, Consumer meters table, and Unaccounted Flow summary.
6. Daily Water Balance New
Path: /daily_water_balance_new/
This is the newer daily balance workflow with automatic meter group ID linking and download options.
Procedure:
- Select Main Group.
- Select Sub Group.
- Choose From Date and To Date.
- Adjust time or datum deviation values if needed.
- Click GET DATA.
- Download XLSX or PDF after the results appear.
The screen also shows the linked meter_group.id once the main and sub group are selected correctly, making report mapping easier for engineers.
7. Legacy Daily Water Balance
Path: /daily_water_balance
This older page remains available for legacy operating workflows and comparison use.
8. Reservoir Animation
Path: /reservoir-animation
Use this page to view tank mass curve animation for a selected WTP zone and tank.
Procedure:

Additional pages: Notification List shows saved alerts, and Alert Reports help staff review sensor or consumption exceptions.
10. Uploading data
Paths: /upload_csv, /upload_csv_new/, and /uploadlabreport
The portal provides three upload workflows:
